Shopify is not required to use DropCommerce as a supplier. However, if you have a Shopify account, you can sync with DropCommerce, which allows us to easily pull in your products and sync inventory.
If you are trying to upload your product information but do not have a Shopify account, you can upload the information by sending an excel file to [email protected] that includes the following information:
Product Name
Product Description
Retail Price
DropCommerce Price
Image URLs (or attach files to the email)
Once you've added all the necessary information, send us the file in an email and we'll let you know when the information is uploaded.
