Changing Plans
Whether it's upgrading to access more products & features or a downgrade for the time being, changing plans is simple on DropCommerce. Just navigate to the Settings page and make sure you're viewing Account Details. From here select 'View Plans' or 'Upgrade Now' (depending on your current plan) to view our Subscription page.

To process orders, you must be subscribed to an active paid plan, with the Basic Plan being the minimum requirement. Free plans do not include order processing capabilities, ensuring all paid users have access to core functionalities like order submission.
To process orders in DropCommerce, you must be subscribed to at least the Basic Plan. The platform does not offer a free plan for this feature. While higher-tier plans come with additional features and benefits, they are not mandatory for basic order processing. An active paid plan ensures access to essential functionalities such as order submission and processing.
Once decided, follow these steps to upgrade your plan in DropCommerce:
Open the DropCommerce app and navigate to Settings.
Select Account Details.
Under Pricing Plans, click View Plans.
Review the available plans and select the one that suits your needs by clicking Choose Plan. You will then authorize the updated subscription to your Shopify account. Shortcut: On the Basic Plan, you can quickly access the Subscription page by selecting the Upgrade icon (bottom left corner of app page).
