If your DropCommerce products show as “Sold Out” on your Shopify store, but you see inventory in your product page, follow these steps to resolve the issue:
🗺️ 1. Check the Location Assignment
Go to Shopify Admin > Products.
Open the product showing as sold out.
Scroll to the Inventory section.
Make sure DropCommerce is selected under Inventory will be stocked at.
📖 2. Make Sure the Product is Published
In the product editor, confirm that the product status is set to “Active”.
Ensure it’s available on your Online Store sales channel (check the right-side panel in product settings).
🚚 3. Check shipping Rates for DropCommerce
If no shipping rates are set up for DropCommerce, products may not be available at checkout.
Go to Shopify Admin > Settings > Shipping and Delivery.
Under Shipping profiles, find or create one that includes DropCommerce.
Add shipping zones and rates for each country or region you’re selling to.
Match the shipping rate structure to what you use with other apps if needed.
