If your DropCommerce products show as “Sold Out” on your Shopify store, but you see inventory in your product page, this may be due to a mismatch in inventory synchronization settings, or issues with product publication and shipping configurations. Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

🗺️ 1. Check the Location Assignment

  • Go to Shopify Admin > Products.

  • Open the product showing as sold out.

  • Scroll to the Inventory section.

  • Confirm "Inventory will be stocked at" is set to DropCommerce.

📖 2. Make Sure the Product is Published

  • In the product editor, confirm that the product status is set to “Active”.

  • Make sure it is made available on the Online Store sales channel by verifying the settings under "Product Availability."

🚚 3. Check shipping Rates for DropCommerce
If no shipping rates are set up for DropCommerce, products may not be available at checkout.

  • Go to Shopify Admin > Settings > Shipping and Delivery.

  • Under Shipping Profiles, locate the profile that includes DropCommerce or create a new one.

  • Add required shipping zones and ensure shipping rates are properly configured for each zone.

  • If needed, align the shipping rate structure with other apps you are using.
