All products in pre-built stores are imported from the DropCommerce platform. DropCommerce Product suppliers manage their own profiles and are in control of their own products and availability. Occasionally, products go out of stock and/or suppliers are removed from the DropCommerce system for varying reasons.

When you purchase a pre-built store, we can only guarantee you that the pre-loaded products are available at the time of store creation. After that, you can use DropCommerce to add new products and update your offering over time.

Unfortunately since our pre-built stores are created specifically for you one at a time after payment is received, we are unable to offer refunds for pre-built stores. If you're having issues with your store, we are happy to help to the best of our ability.

Our pre-built store is an amazing starting point for your e-commerce business. We provide a fully built store pre-loaded with high quality dropshipping products from US suppliers.

It is entirely up to you as the store owner to generate traffic and sales, and DropCommerce is not involved in that part of the process. We will be happy to point you in the right direction toward resources about how to market your dropshipping store.
