Product Availability
All products in pre-built stores are imported from the DropCommerce platform. DropCommerce Product suppliers manage their own profiles and are in control of their own products and availability. Occasionally, products go out of stock and/or suppliers are removed from the DropCommerce system for varying reasons.
When you purchase a pre-built store, we can only guarantee you that the pre-loaded products are available at the time of store creation. After that, you can use DropCommerce to add new products and update your offering over time.
Refunds
Unfortunately since our pre-built stores are created specifically for you one at a time after payment is received, we are unable to offer refunds for pre-built stores. If you're having issues with your store, we are happy to help to the best of our ability.
Marketing Your Store
Our pre-built store is an amazing starting point for your e-commerce business. We provide a fully built store pre-loaded with high quality dropshipping products from US suppliers.
It is entirely up to you as the store owner to generate traffic and sales, and DropCommerce is not involved in that part of the process. While tools and guidance are available to help you get started with your store, these are not comprehensive marketing or promotional services, meaning users should independently plan their strategies for promoting their store. We will be happy to point you in the right direction toward resources about how to market your dropshipping store.
Domain Management
When you purchase a Premium Prebuilt Store, the domain is included as part of the package. To ensure long-term control over your store, you will need to establish a domain account with a registrar service like GoDaddy. This step allows you to register the domain in your name, giving you direct control over renewals and other domain-related tasks. Alternatively, you can choose to let DropCommerce manage the domain on your behalf. In this case, you would be responsible for covering annual renewal fees. This option provides convenience but retains domain management outside of your control.
