Editing Your Supplier Settings Within the DropCommerce Supplier Dashboard

On the settings page you will be able to:

  • Connect your Stripe

  • Connect your Shopify (if used)

  • Adjust your shipping information (cost, timeline, tracking number)

  • Perform a password reset

Basic Overlay

When you first log into the DropCommerce supplier dashboard at www.dropcommerce.co/supplierlogin you will arrive at the 'My Products' page. Here you will find all of your products currently loaded into DropCommerce.

Click on the "Settings" button on the side tool bar in order to access your settings.

This will take you to the settings page.

Profile Settings: If you use Shopify for your store, here you can connect your Shopify account with your DropCommerce account. This will allow you to import your products into DropCommerce as well as receive order notifications in your Shopify account. Here is also where you can edit your description, biography, and return policy.


Here you can edit your shipping settings:

  • Turn on or off USA or Canada shipping

  • Set rates for USA and/or Canada shipping

  • Specify the time taken to manufacture your products, if any is needed

  • Set your shipping time. This is the time it takes from when you ship it until it is received by your customers

Additional Settings

Besides the shipping section, you will see additional settings.

Values: Here you can specify what values your brand prioritizes.

Packaging and Branding: This is where you can offer White Labelling for packages, Branded Invoicing, and a short description of the type of packaging you can offer a vendor.

Integrations: Here you can set up and edit your Stripe Payment Account, and your Shopify account.

Login Details: Here you can edit the email and password you are using for your DropCommerce account.

Password Reset: It is recommended that you add your own password once you login for the first time using the DropCommerce provided password. If you ever forget your password, email [email protected] and we will provide you with a link that will log you in so that you can change your password. Please note this link will expire after 24 hours.
