Tracking Number & Carrier Details
Most DropCommerce suppliers provide tracking numbers upon shipment of an order.
Once you're notified the product has been 'shipped', you can view the tracking number by clicking 'the order' (as shown below):
You'll also receive an email when your order is marked as shipped by the supplier. Most suppliers usually do this within a few business days of being paid.
If in a few days you don't get a notification and/or a tracking number, please let us know at [email protected] and we would be happy to check on the status for you.
