Decide What Changes We Notify You About, And Ones We Automatically Fix.

Sometimes, changes will happen to our marketplace that will affect your store β€” like the price of a product changes or goes out of stock.

When these changes do happen, you have 4 options.

  1. Email Only - We can notify you via email when a change is made (these emails will only occur at a maximum of once daily and only if changes are made.

  2. Remove Only - We can have our system automatically remove the affected product(s) from your store.

  3. Email And Remove - We can both notify you via email about the changes, AND automatically remove the product(s) from your store.

  4. No Action - We can do nothing, neither notify you via email or automatically make any changes.

You can assign one of these 3 options to a variety of notification issue types in the 'Notifications' page in Settings.

You can choose these options for a number of changes in our system:

Adjusting your notification settings to what works best for your business is a great way to stay on top of orders. Use these notification settings to keep your store up-to-date with inventory levels, and products that have had their price changed or have been removed altogether.
